This Cut25 Dress Makes the Cut: Stripes That Flatter

Horizontal stripes are notorious for making us look wider than we are, but this dress proves they don't have to. When executed properly, a garment with horizontal stripes can be incredibly flattering. The vertical stripes elongate the torso, and the horizontal stripes pronounce the bust and hip area. This dress helps create the illusion of an hourglass figure for those of us that don't naturally have one.

Cut25 - Flared Knit Dress - Retails $330
Not only was this dress designed to flatter, it was designed with Spring 2013 fashion trends in mind. It follows the black and white print trend and pays homage to neon color blocking from last Spring with its pop of orange around the collar.

I think this dress would be great for the office with pumps or the day with a jean jacket or floppy hat and flats or sandals. I would even dress it up for dinner with a leather jacket.
